Prismatic Labs- Providing free, high-quality wallpaper, software, buddy icons, entertainment, and more. A wide variety of content can be found at Prismatic Labs. Wallpaper- Over 50 Wallpapers depicting many things. These computer graphics show scenes of things such as mountains, landscapes, seascapes, sunsets, sunrises, nuclear bomb explosions, serial killer victims, Bob Marley, a game of checkers, lakes, oceans, rivers, abstract designs and more. Custom wallpapers are also available. All of the graphics on this site are made by Kyle Knoblock, rendered using a variety of programs, including Corel Bryce 5, Terragen, Curious Labs Poser 5, Vue d'Esprit 4, and Adobe Photoshop. They are mostly 3d and computer generated. Software- Prismatic Labs also contains some free programs authored by Kyle Knoblock in Microsoft Visual Basic that can be downloaded in the software section of Prismatic Labs. Gravity 2, an orbit simulator, is capable of simulating the orbit path of satellites and is a lot of fun to play around with. CoolText is a unique text manipulator that will take text the user inputs, and on-the-fly, convert it into a style that the user selects. It can be used to make interesting names or titles, or even things to put into your AIM profile. AIM buddy icons- In addition, PrismaticLabs has a selection of animated AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) buddy icons. There are many free icons, including the Bob Marley Icon, The Binary Icon, and The Copter Icon, as well as others. Custom buddy icons are available. Entertainment- Lastly, a variety of things can be found in the Downloads section of Prismatic Labs. There are a couple videos, such as Kramer the Pimp, and a Demo of Windows 98 crashing. There are also some programs, and a few good Flash games. Among those are Blasteroids, Breakout, Defend Your Castle, Copter, and Curveball.
